Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. We cannot be held liable for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

For perishable seafood products, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected date. If products are returned due to refusal, missed delivery, or incorrect delivery information, additional shipping charges may apply.
