All orders submitted to Pacific Seafood Imports are subject to review and confirmation by us. Where an order cannot be accepted, we will notify you and arrange a refund of any payments received, where applicable.
Payments are processed through secure online payment methods arranged outside of this website. Pacific Seafood Imports does not collect, store, or retain credit or debit card details through its website.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST, delivery charges, and any applicable duties.

10. CLAIMS AND PERISHABLE GOODS

Due to the nature of seafood products, returns are generally not accepted. Any issues relating to quality, quantity, or condition must be notified in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery. Any remedy offered will be determined by Pacific Seafood Imports following assessment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pacific Seafood Imports excludes liability for indirect or consequential losses. Any liability arising in connection with the supply of goods is limited to the value of the relevant order.
